Terms
For zerolanes.com, the company website.
What this website is
zerolanes.com is the company website for ZeroLanes, operated by Black Zero. It describes what the group does, the services it runs and the companies it works with. You cannot book a journey here and no payment is taken here.
Booking a journey
Journeys are booked at zerolanes.co.uk. The terms that apply to a journey, including the price, cancellation and what happens if something goes wrong, are the ones shown there at the time of booking. They are not repeated here, so that there is one set of terms rather than two that can disagree.
The content on this site
We try to keep these pages accurate, and we say plainly which parts of the business are built and which are not. Even so, the pages describe plans as well as products, and a plan can change. Nothing on this site is a promise that a service will exist, or a guarantee of a particular date.
Our name and marks
The ZeroLanes and Black Zero names, logos and the material on this site belong to us. You are welcome to link to these pages and to quote from them with attribution. Please do not present our marks as your own or use them in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not.
